A piece of this delicious cake is just what I need right now. Sadly, this picture is from a few weeks ago. This delectable cake had fluffy frosting that was sweet, it had cool, refreshingly sweet fruits in the middle(kiwi, strawberries) and had matcha powder at the top which tied everything together. The light, fluffy but thick & creamy consistency of this cake was deliciously contradicting.
