Because I'm Turkish from origin: string beans on a Turkish way! It's de-lic-ious! 😍 Ingredients: 200 gr. string beans, 2 tomatoes, 1 white onion, 1 clove of garlic, 70 gr. tomato puree and black pepper. How to make: -Clean and cut the string beans (in pieces of +/- 4-5 cm.) -Cook them in a steal pan with water and a bit salt -Cut the onion and garlic into tiny pieces. Cut also the tomatoes into bigger pieces -First bake the onion and garlic light (no brown color!), add later on the tomato pieces and bake them until the tomato is soft -When the water of the string beans is boiling, take the pan from it's place and add the baked vegetables, stir it -Put the pan back on fire and let it cook until the string beans are done -Done? Add the tomato puree, mix/stir it and heat it -Done? Serve it with some black pepper. It exists out of 157 calories.
