PANCAKES FOR BREAKFAST! Who else is having their favourite breakfast this morning?! ๐Ÿ˜ Need a cook protein pancake recipe?! Look no further: ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ •30g oat flour (I just grind up raw oats in my @nutribulletuk- this is a much cheaper way of getting oat flour) •20g protein powder (I use @grenadefatburner hydra 6) •50g pumpkin purรฉe •100g egg white (I use @musclefooduk liquid egg white as it is so cheap and so handy) ⠀⠀⠀⠀ •BLEND EVERYTHING TOGETHER IN @thenutribullet •Cook on a pan in a teaspoon @lucybeecoconut oil ⠀⠀⠀⠀ •Top with whatever you like..
