It's not very pretty, but most of my meals look like this: sautéed kale + leftover roasted potato + @peaceloveandvegetables sauerkraut + @kitzlivingfoods activated salad sprinkles, all dressed in extra virgin olive oil and sea salt (+ some leftover protein or boiled eggs on the side).
