Looking for a #cheatclean Halloween recipe? 🎃 Try these Double Chocolate Protein Pumpkin Pie cupcakes, topped with a spooky green protein frosting and Mini Sugarfree Reeses Monsters 👻 Perfect clean treat to enjoy this Halloween! Ingredients 👇🏼 Cupcakes: 1 & 1/4 cup pumpkin purée 1 egg 1 tsp dark unsweetened cocoa powder 2 scoops @musclefooduk chocolate protein powder 1/4 cup flax seeds 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice @musclefooduk liquid chocolate stevia drops 3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce Frosting: 1 1/2 scoops @musclefooduk vanilla whey protein powder 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/4 low fat / fat free cream cheese 1/4 cup @fage_uk fat free Greek yoghurt 1 cup @sukrin sugarfree icing sugar replacement 1/4 cup zero calorie sweetener (optional for extra sweetness) 30 drops of natural green food colouring Monsters: 8 sugarfree Reeses mini peanut butter cups Eyeballs: Edible white cake decoration balls Method (cupcakes) 👇🏼 1. Pre heat oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Combine all the cupcakes ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until smooth. Pour batter evenly into 8 cupcake cases.
